alan wilkis is an indiependant musican based out of brooklyn, ny. he just released his EP, pink and purple. if you are into the likes of chromeo, prince and other 80s-tinged electronic pop, then this will be straight up your alley.

if you can’t dance to this, then you probably hate yourself. for the record, he enlisted the help from many indie all-stars. some of the guests include: gunnar olsen, who’s drummed for the exit (holy shit!) and asobi seksu, eric biondo, who’s played trumpet for the likes of TV on the radio and the yeah yeah yeahs and many more.
