video: anthony green – skullflower f. matt embree [live] (2009)
well this is dope. anthony green, amidst a string of solo shows, was joined on stage by rxb’s matt embree. what followed would be a beautiful rendition of 2006′s “skullflower,” from lover, the lord has left us.

There’s something I thought I’d never see again. I love this record for what it is, and hate it for what it could have been.
i’m totally with you. when the songs were good, they blew my mind. there was just far too much filler and weird shit (that singer from my motherland comes to mind) on the album.

The last track just completely ruined the afterglow I got from the track before it, which was The Heretic. The one that’s six minutes of Matt Embree just singing some wikipedia article or some shit.
