we’re getting close to the grammy’s and i’m home tonight, so i figured i’d give the live blogging thing a go once more. it pretty much sucks that the pro bowl is on at the same time, so i’ll be flipping back and forth like a mad man between cbs and espn. will kanye show up for the ‘forever’ performance? how many of those trophys will gaga take home? more than bey? will chris johnson take one home for his record label? taylor swift gonna bag a few TDs for the NFC? i don’t know what i’m saying.

as pro sport’s biggest event of 2010 approaches, all the ceos of major companies are droppin’ bank to have their 30-60 seconds of advertising. for the ridiculously conservative christian group “focus on the family,” this was means to use the biggest bitch in college football history to continue to be a proponent for their common pro-life musings. let’s try not to get too political, here. but why isn’t there a separation of church and SPORTS?

i don’t know about you, but the last thing i was is a 6’3, 240 lb pussy quarterback telling me why abortion is fucked up during the superbowl.

aj linked us up to two new joints off of the swedish duo’s new record, jj nº 3. here is the intro, which alludes to more inspiration from wayne, as the duo does their own interpretation of the game’s “my life.”

there’s a nice little surprise at the end of the track. it’ll remind you of that 7th grader in you that always wondered what those raves were like. it’s ok, you were too busy watching pokemon anyway. or was that just me?

“bonfire” should’ve been the first single off the album and eventually should’ve lead in to the mid summer release date for ursa major. but hey, i’m no marketing executive over at sony. i’m a huge fan of this band and this song especially. the video is basically one giant summer party i was never cool enough to be a part of. i mean, most of my summer parties involved dancing in bear costumes with my brethren after a 4 hour vodka binge. i guess those are pretty cool, too.

alright so, everyone’s inbox is getting hit up by ed banger asking us to “share it or talk about it”. well here we are, with a new justice track on our hands. little is known at this point, and while it’s not a drastic departure from the justice we’ve all grown to love, it’s still something new to get sexy to. the french duo are currently at work on their LP that will be out on elektra later this year. get get down.

grizzly edit: this entire thing is a sham. someone and their vicious plan of tickery launched what seems like one of the biggest fakeouts since last week’s daft punk/tron venture. my my, how time flies. someone mass emailed every blog in america from ‘promo@edbangerrecords.com,’ alerting everyone of a new justice joint due off of a new album sometime in 2010.
