i know colin meloy’s a pretty sharp guy. but every last australian factoid he spits here can all be traced to the holy mecca of shinfo, the simpsons. from the coriolis effect to the polar seasons, colin brandishes his love of simpsons info, and a new bushy beard as he plays a new little ditty called “springville”. man it’s nice to hear a simple acoustic song from that guy. his band nowadays sounds like jethro tull.
