sleigh bells turn the gain on their amps up to 11 (is that how distortion works if you’re not using a pedal? i don’t know shit.) and do their best rendition of nada surf’s “popular” (i made that up too) except throw a baseball bat and about 20 times more bass into the mix. treats is out now, and if you haven’t shattered a car window listening to it yet, you’re doing it wrong.
