i know it doesn’t mean much to a lot of you outside of houston, but this is a great day for texans fans. with a shocking win from behind in cincy, coupled with a titans loss to the saints, the houston texans:

1. clinch the AFC south title for the first time in franchise history
2. won 10 games for the first time in franchise history
3. have the same record as: the saints, steelers, ravens, patriots & the 49ers.

for being a “from the ground up” fan and a season ticket holder, it’s good to have a winning team in this city for the first time in a while. and while this is a small victory on the grand scheme of things (playoffs, afc championship, superbowl) , i’m still happy as shit. hopefully, we finish the season strong (panthers, colts and titans remain on the schedule) and get us a first round bye in the playoffs.
