before we proceed, i do know that drake dropped two videos, and that in good faith, i shouldn’t give him more than one post for the both of em. but the video for HYFR has so much commentary, it deserves its own post.
- drake decides to get “re-bar-mitsvah’d” and brings along all his douche friends for the ride. in the video, you’ll see a menacing, fatter dj khaled, a birdman doin’ the cookin’ dance, an always swagged out trey songz, and my favorite: drake doing his goofiest fuckin’ dances.
- why is lil wayne the way he is? my sentiments towards 2010+ wayne can be summarized here. i mean, this is his best verse since anything on the carter III, and he decides to headbang and wear a checkerboard suit? goof.
- regardless, i love this video. hilarious, unique, stupid and all the things a song with a hook like this should be.

And Weezy’s “swagger-jacking” swag continues! When I first saw this I was like, “Oh, they have Odd Future in here….I guess that’s cool.” But no, it’s Wayne wearing the same mask they wear in addition to his stupid attire. He makes me hate half of this video. The concept was cool and it looks like it was fun to shoot, but Wayne makes it hard for me to enjoy. From the mannerisms, to the swagger-hopping, he’s a fucking joke. I guess what makes shit worse, is when an awful Carter IV goes platinum lol fuck his fans!
…..had to get that off my chest. I feel better now lol
pretty much agreed to everything. wish homedude would just stop goofin’ around, get back on the drugs and make a carter II again.
