preview: an evening with coheed and cambria (2011)

To say that we’re excited about this show is an understatement. Back in 2001, Coheed and Cambria, as elusive as they were, dropped Second Stage Turbine Blade – to the confusion and joy of many a teenager. The album embraced progressive rock and opened the door for hundreds of bands to rip them off in the coming years. This Tuesday, the band’s stopping by Houston’s Warehouse Live to perform the album in its entirety, as a commemorative experience for the 10 year anniversary. Also on the bill is Coheed and Cambria performing an acoustic set, rounded out with an encore that will touch base on the rest of their discography. In any case, tickets are still available at the Warehouse Live website, so grab em. We’ll see you Tuesday. Check the rest of the tour routing below the jump.
