after all the bullshit, beef and bickering from lupe fiasco and “t.r.o.y.” originator pete rock, the two let the dust settle. and while the single didn’t much for me, the man can still rap himself some laps around everyone else. AND he can make music videos. he puts the gritty punk rock aesthetic aside for this one, only to trade it in for tongue-in-cheek lambo rentals and cartoon miscreants.
