NPR was on hand at fun.’s headlining set in washington, dc, in order to put up for listening an entire headlining set from the newly famous boys. oh, and those pictures are great. clocking in at well over an hour, this is surely going to waste a lot of time at work…on monday. cheers!

record store day is april 21st, and to commemorate the occasion, fun. is dropping an acoustic EP with “carry on,” “we are young,” and “why am i the one,” the first of which can be seen at the official website of RSD. sounds good, man.

how strange is seeing fun. and npr’s world cafe merging? this band is getting silly big, and in the latest installment of the beloved series, the band performs three songs and chats it up with npr.

fun. has really propelled themselves into the mainstream as of late. Their single “We Are Young” is being played to high hell on radio stations, Chevy commercials and much more. This particular show was book for the Warehouse Live studio, but due to the high demand of tickets, was moved to the Ballroom, which is roughly 4 times the capacity. And even THAT sold out.
