news: ‘the great gatsby’ soundtrack releases its tracklisting

this movie looks to be something quite awesome, as shown in this trailer. well a press release containing the tracklisting also pumped up the ancipation, considering jay-z was the executive producing mind behind it all. thank you jay, for providing us with another beyonce and andre 3k collab, and even more so for it being a cover of amy winehouse’s “back to black.”

watch: fall out boy – the phoenix + save rock and roll tracklisting

i’m really loving the direction fall out boy have taken with their return to music. it’s equal parts folie a deux and patrick stump’s pop-driven solo outing (which kinda fell flat). patrick sounds better than ever and now they’re debuting a music video for “phoenix,” which is a prequel to the video for “light em up.” also worth noting is that the band has confirmed that rumored tracklisting. big sean and elton john, boi.
