video: eminem, slaughterhouse and yelawolf – 2.0 boys [live footage] (2011)

30 11 2011

while this is being promoted as live, the video features the recording – which is a bit disappointing. footage this good should’ve definitely left the live audio on. not like this will be happening again anytime soon or anything.

i was hoping the CDQ/explicit mp3 of this hit the internet today. eminem, all of slaughterhouse, yelawolf and a weird ass cypher beat.

didn’t post the first one cause i didn’t give a shit about the artists. however, yelawolf, cyhi, kendrick lamar and based god hop on this one. kendrick’s bars are insane.

eminem – 2.0 boys [f. slaughterhouse and yelawolf] (2011)

2 03 2011

this collaboration finds the brand new and slightly improved shady records. while i’m not sold on yelawolf’s particular brand of delivery or his voice, there’s no denying his rap abilities. and slaughterhouse is slaughterhouse. this song’s pretty wild.

paul wall – live it [f. raekwon, jay electronica and yelawolf] (2010)

11 07 2010

first and foremost, WTF at this lineup. secondly, this is a great song. i think this is the first song in existence that i can tolerate yelawolf on. good thing considering he’s handling the hook. as for the others, what’s there left to say about jay electronica’s OR raekwon’s emceeing skills. you know both of em are gonna ride the hell out of a beat like this. the former puts this song to bed.

gave paul wall’s heart of a champion a skimmed listen, and liked a handful of songs, surprisingly. he’s got a collab with bun b & kid sister, slim thug and chamillionaire on there, and i gotta say i’m feeling all those tracks respectively. for all you houstonians out there, he’s gonna be signing records/doing an in-store performance this tuesday, so head here, peep the flyer and feel free to hit that noise up.
